Owner’s Background

Terrence Brady launched his plumbing journey just over 20 years ago while he was a student at Greater Lowell Technical High School. By the end of his junior year, he secured a position as a co-op apprentice at a local plumbing firm that focused on upscale renovations, training some of the most proficient Journeyman Plumbers in the field. In 2003, he successfully acquired his Massachusetts Journeyman’s License on his first attempt at a time when the pass rate was only 33%. Since that milestone, he has continued his education, achieving several certifications and licenses, including:

Massachusetts Master Plumber & Gas Fitter.
New Hampshire Master Plumbing License.
New Hampshire Gas Service License.

Throughout his adult life and part of his teenage years, he has devoted himself to this industry, save for a four-year service commitment in the U.S. Army as an 11C Infantryman, which included two deployments to Iraq with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment. Today, he leads Brady Plumbing & Heating, a veteran-owned and family-run enterprise that prioritizes quality over quantity.
