We are proud to be a veteran and family owned business with more than 20 years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry. We started Brady Plumbing & Heating to bring exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and an honest solution for our residential customers’ plumbing needs. 

About The Owner

Terrence Brady started his plumbing career a little over 20 years ago as a freshman at Greater Lowell Technical High School. At the end of his junior year, he was employed as a co-op apprentice for a local plumbing shop specializing in high end remodels training the most skilled Journeyman Plumbers. He obtained his Massachusetts Journeyman’s License in 2003 on the first try at a time when only 1 out of every 3 passed. Since then, he has gone on to test, and receive certification and licensing, including: Massachusetts Master Plumber & Gas Fitters, New Hampshire Master Plumbing License, and New Hampshire Gas Equipment Installers License. Terrence Brady’s whole adult life, and some teen years he has been working in the industry, with the exception of 4 years serving our country in the US Army as a 11C Infantryman with two deployments to Iraq. Now he owns Brady Plumbing & Heating a veteran owned, family run business, with a quality over quantity mindset. 

Office Manager / Dispatcher

Amy Brady is the voice behind the phone when you call in and she is also the Office Manager making sure schedules are kept and we continue to deliver exceptional customer service. Amy takes great pride in providing homeowners with a pleasant and professional solution when they contact us for questions and service.
